    ID.me is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us tell our story while driving B2B demand that accelerates revenue growth and customer acquisition. The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies including integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that utilize a variety of online and offline tactics (digital, print, social, events, PR, etc.) to meet business goals for the eCommerce, Healthcare, Public Sector and Financial Services verticals. The ideal candidate must be able to manage a team but also roll up his/her sleeves to work independently and contribute to the output and results. He/she must have the ability to prioritize issues, deal with ambiguity and manage conflicting deadlines. The candidate should also be creative, data-driven, and aggressive in delivering results.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain an understanding of ID.me’s products including current and future market trends and competitors
    • Create go-to-market plans, feature & benefit analysis, as well as unique and defensible customer value propositions
    • Refine messaging strategy to ensure brand integrity across channels and vertical markets as well as identify and manage segmentation for campaigns to ensure messaging is relevant to the intended audience
    • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data sources in decision-making, including behavioral data and research; extract key insights for campaign development and refinement and be comfortable with intentional experimentation (test, measure, learn, repeat)
    • Define, execute, and refine lead generation across verticals that drive demand and deliver creation of new and marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
    • Manage paid advertising activities and develop an SEO and SEM marketing playbook
    • Work with internal and external resources to create product and solution focused content such as case studies, white papers, videos, webinars, website copy, and blog posts for marketing and sales use
    • Work in collaboration with product development to lead product marketing communications that drive business expansion and augment our competitive advantage
    • Manage the annual marketing plan including advertising, promotion, speaking engagements and events

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
    • 7+ years of experience professional B2B marketing experience. Experience in software, SaaS, or Tech product marketing experience a plus.
    • Self starter, roll your sleeve type and get things done in a fast pace environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient using marketing technologies including Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, WordPress
    • Experience in building and executing integrated marketing programs is a must
    • Skilled in direct response and inbound marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across channels and touchpoints, including website, events, online communications, etc.
    • Experience working closely with a sales organization with a strong affinity for sales team success
    • Superb time management, prioritization of tasks and ability to meet deadlines with little supervision
    • Superior interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
