We are looking for a highly strategic sales leader to join our team as Vice President of Sales focused on revenue growth primarily within our Public-Sector Vertical. You will manage an inside team of sales professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets. The team will consist of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Account Managers who will be focused on generating new revenue from within our existing client base and new clients. You will collaborate with other senior Company leaders to successfully close deals with customers, and you will influence executive management to achieve documented sales objectives. As we capitalize on our segmentation strategy, this leader will utilize past field sales experience in building and implementing large-scale and successful inside sales practices to work closely with the sales team, marketing and sales operations to develop and implement a workforce strategy and hiring plan while leveraging new technologies and market strategies. The successful leader in this role will be expected to design, implement and measure sales routines for new business development, pipeline management, employee onboarding, team member development, recognition, and engagement. In addition to being a strong leader, coach and mentor, they must be an excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenge of advancing a sales team, increasing sales and meeting / exceeding goals and objectives.
