  • Overview

    ID.me is seeking an Information Security Analyst who will assist the Cybersecurity and Risk Management team in performing security-related tasks and procedures. This role must have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business regarding security issues, and protect sensitive information from unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating security analysis and incident response with internal teams
    • Track security event artifacts and provide status reports on outstanding items
    • Review policies and procedures for compliance with applicable standards
    • Working with Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) tools to identify threats
    • Work with security team to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities
    • Coordinate with IT and end users to minimize disruptions and protect assets

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in information technology (security roles a plus)
    • Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, is a plus.
    • Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
    • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
    • Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
