The Junior Sales Operations Administrator will assist in managing the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment as well as ensure the overall productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the sales organization and other sales technology tools. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the salesforce.com platform. Essential duties include sales process optimization, analytical reporting and business intelligence, sales training and sales program implementations. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. This position reports to the Marketing and Sales Operations Manager.
