• Junior Sales Operations Administrator

  • Overview

    The Junior Sales Operations Administrator will assist in managing the ongoing development of our deployment as well as ensure the overall productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the sales organization and other sales technology tools. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the platform. Essential duties include sales process optimization, analytical reporting and business intelligence, sales training and sales program implementations. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. This position reports to the Marketing and Sales Operations Manager.


    • Serve as the primary system administrator for the environment with up to 25 users
    • Serve as the primary system administrator all sales tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Drift
    • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
    • Manage data feeds and other integrations
    • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development of existing as well as new sales tool requests
    • Assist in training of new users and grow the and live chat skill set across the organization



    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales ops, business ops, or similar role
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a administrator
    • Admin certified preferred
    • Experience with Marketo & Outreach a plus
    • Proven experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards
    • Strong data management abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Superb time management, prioritization of tasks and ability to meet deadlines with little supervision
