Technical Recruiter

Overview is seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all technical talent and will report directly to the Chief People Officer. You will be be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and securing top-tier technical talent to support our mission. If you have a technical recruiting background and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to bring on stellar new teammates, then this is a great opportunity for you.


  • Partner with engineering team to forecast technical talent needs and identify key skills for new positions.
  • Identify, attract, and secure stellar technical talent.
  • Expand candidate funnel through digital channels, networking, university partnerships, and in-person outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing, in-person/digital outreach, skills analysis, interview process, reference checks, and final offer.
  • Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity to Chief People Officer and CEO. 
  • Continuously improve and standardize recruitment process to support the fast-growing company. 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to quickly recruit and secure top-tier talent.
  • Experience and willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Travel expectations up to 25%.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.
  • SHRM-CP certification a plus.
